Notification Period

  • If you receive a defective item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for defective items reported after this period.

How to Notify Us

To report a defective item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@ffefinc.org within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide the following information:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the defect

    • Photos or videos clearly showing the defect

Return Eligibility

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Once we receive your notification and verify the defect, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.

  2. After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm the defect.

  3. If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

    • A replacement item (if available)

    • A full refund to your original payment method

Shipping Costs

  • If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the item is not found to be defective, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Please allow up to  7-10 business days for us to process your return once we receive the item.
